The Vers-chez-les-Blancs roundabout is a very busy junction, particularly because of the large number of lorries passing through.

As part of its annual resurfacing campaign, the City of Lausanne opted for a reinforcement solution using a Texgrid CV 150 Giro type geogrid bonded to a SAMI.

This carbon geogrid has been specially designed for roundabouts, bathtub bus stops and tight radius bends. Thanks to its quadriaxial structure, it absorbs the multidirectional forces caused by vehicles turning and allows the pavement to be structurally reinforced.

An economical and ecological solution.
